SMALL HOUSE LEGO® nr.212

This small house set was bought for me in Lisbon in 1958 or 1959. You may see the box in this other page.

The important thing about this set is that almost all parts are the very same that were originally in the box (with the exception of the 1X2 bricks that may have been mixed with the bricks in a 221 supplemental box and in a 308 Fire-Station box bought around the same time). The contents needed to build the model are illustrated below (in the case of this particular set, the box had an extra 1X1 white brick - not illustrated in the image below)..

The mold numbers are as follows:

  • thin plates "4"
  • 1X8 brick "2"
  • 1X2 brick (version vs04) "1", "3", "5" and "6"
  • macaroni brick "2" and "3"

Note: The stud of the blue round bricks is not hollow.

The images below show the model mounted, according to a German leaflet of 1956/57. The bricks are deformed and so their locking has not been forced, to avoid damage.
